My friend upgraded their HDFC Bank account to the Classic Banking program and applied for the Classic Platinum Debit Card. However, they received a regular debit card instead. Does anyone know how to get the correct Classic Platinum Debit Card? The Relationship Manager (RM) mistakenly applied for a regular Platinum Debit Card and is no longer being helpful.
