So last month my HDFC cc bill was generated for Rs2 And hdfc doesn’t allow payments less than Rs 100 by BBPS. So I missed that payment (I thought there will be no action taken for payments less than 100) and I also didn’t know about the NEFT payment option. When I checked my cibil this month, it was down by 69 points. I mailed hdfc regarding this and asked them to remove this missed payment as a one time gesture but they denied. Is there a way I can get them to remove this missed payment?
